Fundraiser show for World Beat Cafe and Manos de Cristo Benefit

World Beat Café, one of the critically acclaimed African restaurants in town and a testament to the city's multicultural identity has lately been struggling to stay in business at its home on 600 W MLK Jr. Blvd. Rising real estate prices and the steady increase in conglomerate fast food chains in the area threaten the restaurant's very existence. Pieces of East and The Normans are siezing the opportunity to help the establishment to raise funds. Come join us on April 16th.

Pieces of East joins the Latin American folk music trio, Chaski, to celebrate their twentieth anniversary by playing a benefit concert for Manos de Cristo!
